- Please be on time! Your timer starts at the appointment time,

- If you’re late, there is no refund for the time you missed nor will I extend to complete the of time you booked.

- A scheduled appointment is a contract agreement between us. I make the time for you, so please be prompt.
- I will reach out two times at your scheduled time. If you do not answer, no refund; however I’m more than happy to reschedule.
- For virtual readings, please log on about five minutes early. If there are any technical issues you will receive my contact information to reach out for assistance.
- A 24-hour cancellation will be refunded
